Attitude of gratitude #1

Four things. Four minutes. That’s how long it takes to say hello to an attitude of gratitude.

In case you missed it, I’m sharing some faves from the last 24 hours as a way to inspire gratitude in the everyday.

I’m spending four minutes before I Β start a new day by remembering the good stuff from the one before.

1. Β Coffee pit stop atΒ The Bus Stop Cafe, and enjoying a flat white while listening to my husband, the ocean and tunes from Michael Franti and Spearhead.

2. Β  Finding a fab new park and playing with my boys {post coffee!}.

3. Β  Watching Mr O hunt for dandelions and then try in earnest to blow one.

4. Β  Finding a card advertising an awesome competition that I totally want to win. All you need to do is take a photo of your feet. Β For real! You should enter too. Say hello here.
